Penthouse Lu is a beautiful modern apartment on the top floor of a new building, located on a quiet street in a prime residential area of Rovinj. It is a one-bedroom apartment which can comfortably sleep up to 4 people.
Our sunny penthouse boasts an amazing terrace with views of old Rovinj and the sea where you will likely spend most of your time enjoying meals and wonderful local wines, reading or sunbathing.
Inside, the apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with all the comforts and amenities you need for a care-free vacation in Rovinj. Should you need anything else we would be happy to assist you.
At Penthouse Lu you will find a large living room opening up to the terrace with a 32inch LCD TV and roomy sleeper sofa. Kitchen and dining areas are connected to the living room. Our romantic bedroom also faces the terrace and has a double French bed and a large closet. Bed linen is all 100% cotton, and there is a selection of various types of pillows you can choose from (firmer, softer and orthopedic).
Our glossy white kitchen is newly custom-made, complete with dishwasher, stove, oven, and refrigirator with a freezer box. We stocked it with some items that we ourselves do not want to go without when using the Penthouse in the winter, like a Mocca espresso maker, and a new filter coffee machine. We made sure that you have a wine-bottle opener and a good cheese knife so that there is nothing standing between arriving and enjoying your vacation. You also have a good selection of pots and pans for cooking your favorite dishes, including oven equipment. We provide all our guests with some cleaning supplies so that you do not have to worry about supplying non-perishable items.
The bathroom is bright and spacious and has a nice bath tub with shower curtain. You will be provided with 2 extra-large towels as well as 2 medium and 2 small towels per person. Our towels are spa-quality cotton. Hair dryer is also provided.
The apartment is situated on the 4th floor (with elevator, of course). Parking garage is available under the building for extra charge. In the immediate vicinity there is a grocery store, pharmacy, hairdresser, video rental store, cafes and restaurants.
Penthouse Lu is 10-15 minute walk from old town and various beaches. We recommend renting bycikles for the week which makes exploring Rovinj’s beautiful coastline even easier than driving or walking.
