Your hosts and owners, Ivana, Dan & Hrvoje are family. Ivana is Hrvoje’s little sister, and Dan is Ivana’s husband. We are young Croatians who have professional careers. We bought this apartment together for ourselves and it is the only property we rent. Ivana spent almost a decade studying and working in the United States, and is now working in the hospitality industry in Croatia. Dan is an architect and his signature is visible in the apartment (where Ivana & Hrvoje were smart enough to listen to his advice). Ivana and Dan were married in Rovinj on island Sv. Andrija and now have a 1 year old daughter Lucija, afer whom the Penthouse is named. Hrvoje is an entrepreneur and owner of a multi-media internet company in Zagreb. We travel to Rovinj often and are happy to offer insider advice on any number of topics like local gastronomy, daytrips, wineries, cultural events and beautiful beaches.
